Updated Message from Valley Trust Insurance Group Regarding COVID-19

With the ever evolving COVID-19 pandemic, Valley Trust has made the decision to dramatically reduce office personnel at our physical locations. We are doing this in the best interest of our staff, and to do our part to try and end this pandemic as soon as possible.

We will have limited staff to process payments and make basic changes between the hours of 2-4 daily. We will also have a staff member monitoring phones to direct clients with immediate needs to their respective agents. We encourage you to leave a voicemail with your name, email address, and phone number so that our staff can easily get in touch with you.

IF this is a claim emergency, or a time sensitive payment issue, we advise you to connect with the carrier directly. This will be quickest way for you to resolve your situation. A list of carriers and their contact numbers are below.

Please know we are here for all of our valued clients, and we sincerely look forward to seeing you in person when this current situation is resolved.
